Our Customer located in Southern Ontario has an immediate opening due to growth for a Process Engineering Manager.

This Customer specializes in the manufacture of interior plastic components, assemblies & tooling to the automotive industry.

Your fulfilling responsibilities would include leadership, organizational and management skills to be responsible for all aspects of manufacturing / process engineering, including advanced process engineering, in an Automotive Supplier Parts environment. You should have the ability to prioritize, develop and ensure the implementation of data driven continuous improvement initiatives as well as scrap and cost reduction initiatives. You would ensure that systems are maintained and improved in accordance with the total quality approach and continuous improvement program. You should demonstrate a superior working knowledge of the TS16949 quality systems including the FMEA, Control Plans and ECN processes. You should excel when it comes to superior customer service and communication skills.
This location is one of three in North America with sales in excess of 100 M. Past position holders have been promoted. Experience with paint coatings is certainly a plus. Income, bonus and benefits are excellent and salary begins in the low 80K range.
